* Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

A 25% deposit is required to hold the date for any charters booked. A deposit will be forfeited for no shows and trips cancelled 3 days prior to your trip date. All trips cancelled at the Captain's discretion because of weather or boat issues will not be charged a deposit. Weather cancellations are the sole discretion of the captain. 

*Cleaning of the fish is included with your Fishing Charter if you would like to take fish home to enjoy. However, tip is not included and it is customary in the industry to tip between 18-25%. 

*Pricing is reflective of trips based out of Miami. If you are in the Keys, there is an additional charge for time and fuel expense.
